To the Land Registry we will have to pay the amount of the fees corresponding to the extension of the registration of our right. The amount of the registration fees is established by a tariff, available to the user in each registry office. Before making any payment, you require the presentation of the corresponding invoices, with a breakdown of the corresponding concepts, VAT, and the identity and NIF of the issuer. In the case of those issued by notaries and registrars, if you do not agree with the concepts for which you are charged, or with the amounts, you may file an appeal against them under the terms established by the rules that set your tariff.
